Product Overview

The GXP2020EXT Expansion Module features 56 buttons (each with dual-color LED) that are fully programmable when used with a GXP2020/GXP2120 or GXP2010/GXP2110. The GXP2020EXT is connected to and controlled by a compatible Grandstream phone via a short cable that comes with the package. Up to 2 GXP2020EXT modules can be cascaded from a compatible Grandstream phone, essentially allowing up to 112 fully programmable phone extensions. The GXP2020EXT supports all the traditional call features on each of its programmable buttons including speed dialing, BLF (Busy Lamp Field), and call transfer/forward/pickup.
