Product Overview

The snom 360 has been designed for maximum productivity and efficiency in the everyday business environment. Dedicated keys provide you with direct access to the functions for audio and call control, and context-sensitive menus offer you the additional functionality that you may need at any given moment. The graphical display can be tilted for your optimum reading angle. Additional sophisticated call control features, full call detail, configuration options and online help can be accessed via browser from the attached PC. Customized ring tones can be downloaded and incoming calls can be marked with special ring tones to indicate the destination of the call.

12 programmable keys can be used to customize the functionality according to your own specific needs. The LEDs behind the corresponding function keys can show you whether or not your colleagues are currently on a call. The mini browser embedded in snom's 360 enhanced SIP phone lets users and developers create web-driven, screen-based telephone applications. Examples include custom contact-center apps, web-based phone directories, messaging, posting of news and other info on telephone screens, and more. To spare you the annoyance of unwanted invasions on your speech data, the snom 360 supports the security standard SRTP - a current specification from the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) for protection against eavesdropping and the stealing of data.

Microsoft® Office Communications Server (OCS) Support

The snom OCS Edition firmware (snom Open Communication Solution Edition) is an optional software module for the Snom VoIP Phone range. It combines the advantages of open standards-based IP telephony by using the SIP protocol to seamlessly integrate with Microsoft® Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Lync and any other SIP based IP PBX in parallel.

Rich XML Support

Snom phones have rich XML functionality and are able to use services on standard web servers, a key feature that sets them apart from phones from alternative manufacturers. You can use snom phones to deploy customized client services with which users can interact with the keypad. Typical services are: To-do lists, Stock Information, Weather, Provisioning, Daily schedule, Phonebook directory.
