Hardware Incompatibility List
In rare circumstances you may find that an Open Source IP PBX card is incompatible with your motherboard or BIOS. If so, the card may not be recognised by the BIOS or the PC/server may fail to power up. In the unlikely event that this happens and using an alternative motherboard/system is not viable, then please return the card to us and we will provide you with a full refund.
None of our customers have experienced any incompatibility issues with OpenVox PCI/PCI-E cards and we are not aware of any known incompatibility issues.
Motherboard/BIOS PCI Interrupt Request (IRQ) Issues
Open Source IP PBX cards are highly susceptible to PCI interrupt Request (IRQ) issues and must have their own dedicated IRQ to function properly. Detailed information on resolving IRQ issues are provided in our
PCI card troubleshooting guide.
