Product Overview
The OpenVox D110P is a half length ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) PRI (Primary Rate Interface) PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) card. The D110P provides a single span PRI/E1/T1/J1 port, which makes it an ideal cost effective option for small to medium sized enterprise applications. OpenVox are a Fonality® Authorized / Certified Ecosystem (FACE) partner and the OpenVox D110P is officially certified for use with Trixbox®.

The OpenVox D110P supports industry standard telephony and data protocols, including both Robbed-bit Signaling (RBS) and Primary Rate ISDN (PRI) protocol families for voice and PPP, Cisco HDLC, and Frame Relay data modes. The board drives both line-side and trunk-side interfaces, including call features. The OpenVox D110P is 100% hardware compatible with Digium® TE110P/TE120P and uses the same Zaptel wcte11xp device driver.

Standard PC (Personal Computer) hardware can be used along with D110P cards to provide a low cost migration path from legacy ISDN PBXs towards an Open Source IP PBX based solution. The D110P is compatible with leading open source IP PBX software such as Asterisk®, Trixbox®, and Elastix® (OpenVox are an Elastix® Strategic partner), which support all the sophisticated features of expensive high-end PBX/Voicemail platforms. Although developed primarily for Open Source IP PBX Asterisk® based applications, the D110P can be used for any Linux applications/systems that require ISDN connectivity, e.g. Linux ISDN firewalls, VoIP gateways and routers.
