We carry out regular price checks to ensure our Open Source Telephony equipment prices are amongst the most competitive in Europe. If you find an alternative reputable European supplier advertising exactly the same product at a lower price (brand new and in stock) then please send an email to us at sales@novavox.co.uk with the product and supplier details and we promise to beat or match the price. Our price match promise does not apply to auction items (e.g. ebay), discontinued or close-out items, or Going out of Business sales. For complete peace of mind if you find an alternative European supplier advertising exactly the same product at a lower price within 7 days of purchase then we will refund the difference. If you change your mind about any item ordered for any reason and wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision by email within 14 days after delivery.
